• Office/Classroom - What is the proximity of the office to the helicopters/hangar? Is the office an intergral part of the operation, or isolated in some building separate from the airport? North Andover Flight academy's office and classrooms are 50 feet from the hangar, ramp, and helicopters. Students in our groundschools have commented on the activity on the ramp. It simply makes for a better learning experience!
• Heated Hangar - Are you preflighting the helicopter out in the cold? Why? Your school should have a heated hangar - they should not leave their equipment out on the ramp exposed to the elements. Our helicopters all are hangared with easy access to the ramp.
• Fueling Facilities - Do you have to call for fuel? Just another way to waste time. We have our own fuel. We fuel our own helicopters. No waiting.
